Antiresonance vibration screen of  FGZS  series consist of screen box for the upper plasmid,Vibration body for the lower plasmid, master vibration spring ,vibration exciter,   isolation spring , electric motor ,etc.

Main Features

1, Vibration exciter is installation on lower plasmid,  only upper plasmid  vibrates, so the exciting force is small , the vibration passed on the basis is very mild. the staffs near the  equipment almost can't  feel the vibration of the foundation, so the working environment  has been great improved. However,the equipment foundation and factory construction don't need special reinforcement.

2, Due to the vibration quality is very small, vibration has small impact on the equipment structure, so the service life of facilities be greatly extended, only the  wearing parts need to be replaced in 10 years. 

3,  Due to the vibration quality becomes small , the requirements of the vibration force is also small, so the vibration motor power can reduce about 50%, if adopting the frequency control of motor speed , energy saving can reach about more than 50%.

4, The design of  whole equipment  is optimized, and the structure of the lower plasmid is simplified greatly as the vibration exctier installed on lower plasmid next plastid,so the weight is reduced., and the  overall weight can be reduced by about 30%.
